    Amazing movie, the last of its kind for sure. I don't see how anyone today could redo this movie because of cost. Definitely is a classic

    i dont think the insurance companies would let people like Mcqueen drive at them sort of speeds now.That's why movie companies have stunt doubles for almost everything today.
    But the footage and camera work is excellent for the time.A classic film and just like Grand Prix you never get tired of watching it.

    One of my all time favorite race movies, right behind Grand Prix. The interesting thing about LeMans is that there is so little dialog in the movie. There are very long stretches where you don't hear anyone talking and that's not necessarily a bad thing.
