    Default iracing and TSW

Having a devil of a time with the steering wheel. I can't get it calibrated correctly...or should I say where it's drivable. Put more than a 1/4 turn in the wheel in a long sweeping corner and it spins out. This is with the Soltice, Spec and Legends. I haven't noticed it being a problem with the trucks or the Impala SS.
I've checked the forums and it seems that some have the same problem and others don't.
    Any ideas??

I know David has a TSW and is on iRacing. Maybe he has some ideas.

Did you set the "lock to lock at speed" slider?

I've moved that slider all over the place and it has no effect on my wheel. It's beyond frustrating. I've been working on this for 2 nights now and nothing has changed.

I would say it's less to do with your wheel and more to do with the car setups. Keep in mind that the truck and SS both have locking diffs, which drive totally different than open diffs. I'm not actually in the service but when I was beta testing I found that increasing the front tire pressures a bunch seemed to make the cars more drivable.

It's like there is ZERO rear grip.

I am using an ECCI now, but I dont remember having any problems with iRacing calibration and my TSW. Jeff I would call TSW and have them help you get it calibrated or maybe they can help determine if you have some sort of problem with the wheel. Make sure you have the degrees slider at 270, I believe that's what is appropriate for the TSW if I remember correctly. Also on iRacing forums there is a GREAT hardware forum -- post something there to see if anyone else is having issues.

    hope that helps.
