Really I mean me My understanding is that they are in the final beta...and all invites are gone/used. So when can the rest of us (ME) join?

My best Guess is either 4,8, or 12 weeks from now. The public opening will coincide with the start of a rookie season. Rookies seasons last 4 weeks and a new one just started this week for the new round of invites.

she emailed back. here's what she said:

"We plan on going properly live at the end of this month. But a lot depends on the next round of invitations which goes out today. As you can imagine we are all pretty busy.

    Kind regards from

    Divina"

    I hope that helps!

I got an invite last week. I'll be giving it a go next week, I just ordered the parts for a new rig, and want to want until my hot rod is ready.

So will my rookie license advance to class D on the 4th week of this season since that's the end of rookie season or does it go to the end of the full 12-week season for rookies as well before upgrades happen?

I honestly don't know. I don't think they have put that information out yet.

Well, to anyone still wondering when the public is being let it, it has been officially announced today that August 26th is that date. Furthermore, signing up for a 1 year subscription before August 29th will net an additional $15 bonus of iRacing dollars (which you can use toward tracks and cars and subs). Normally, you get $60 bonus for a 1yr sub, so you can nab $75 if you sign up before August 29th. That's a pretty good deal. Also, if you're already a subscriber and you have already signed on for a year, you will also receive that credit via email in early Sept.

I paid for one month to check it out and I'm pretty hooked on it. So I just did the year membership.
deal is month by month membership is $20.00 a month. A one year membership works out to $13.00 a month. Whats that, a 35% savings.
