Default AA and jaggies in ARCA..

Are you guys getting the jaggies on the yellow line aroung the bottom of the track? The textures seem to be shimmering as well. I have AF and AA set to 8x but even when I set them to 16x it still looks basically the same.
It does not look bad but I was just wondering if everyone was getting them or if there was a way to get rid of them.
I don't seem to have this problem with rfactor.
    Thanks.
I am going to attempt to attach a screenshot to show what I am getting.

Ricky, do you have Vsync and AA turned off on the arca config window?

    Mine looks like this.

    Video card: 9600 Gt

    Resolution: 1680x1050x32

    Shader Level: DX9

    AA: None

    Refresh rate: 59 hz

    Vsync: Unchecked

    Windowed: Unchecked

    Windscreen: Checked

Also check to make sure Vista didn't store your original setting in your user folder.

    C:user/ricky/doucuments/arca or something like that

That should be widescreen for the settings but it doesn't hurt to have your windscreens lined up either

Thanks Philip. I was using 1280 x 1024 and the resolution you are using looks much better on my widesreen monitor.
I still am getting the jaggies but everything else looks much better.

Yeah if you have a wide monitor you definitely want to convert all your games to a new aspect ratio for resolution; such as 1680x1050x32. It will make it look much better.

They go into your main ARCA sim Racing Directory. They will be saved as GRAB.JPG, I think by default.

Ricky, I have my graphics cranked up and I still get those jaggies on the track lines depending on the track. I don't think they did very hi-res graphics for those to keep frame rates in good shape.

Thanks Tim. It looks great in the corners but coming out onto the long straights is where it looks jaggy. Still looks really good I just wanted to make sure I was getting all out of it I could.

Could I get one of you picture gurus to make my sig pic clear and nice like you guys have yours? Mine looks like a discount blury version.
