Picked up one of these off of David's link (Below) and would have to say well worth the money.

This is a refurbished unit, but sales for $50+ ($16.99 with link) at the local store. This is not an $80 7.1 unit,but for the budget minded user this can not be beat.

Pros:

Light weight
Solid sound
Easy to install
Good Mic sound and position
Great price

Cons:

Not good for use with vent if you plan to use an external system for game sounds as it muffles outside sounds.
