I lost my Motec?

I have lost my Motec on the dash in all the cars. I have it checked in the options. I am sure I (or my son) has changed something by mistake but I can't for the life of me figure out what it was that was changed.

Anyone have any idea what I could have done.

I still can't figure this thing out. I have Motec enabled. Pushing "3" does nothing. Also when I cycle the HUD using the "2" key, the minimal hud in the lower right that shows gear is only a grey shadow box with nothing in there. I can't tell what gear I am in or how fast I am going.

Make sure that your desktop is in 32-bit mode and not 16-bit mode. I think I read somewhere that if you run different bitmodes on your desktop than the game, it won't display, so I'm assuming you run your game in 32-bit mode. You know what I mean

Thanks Tim, that fixed the Motec but not the "grey box" with no text for the minimal HUD. At least I can tell what gear and speed I am going now with the Motec.

I also read that you can press "3" to turn it on....

And also read something a minute ago about enabling the Motec datalogging ADL in one of the menus. I'm sure that's what you did already, but again, just repeating.

Last but not least, re-install your video drivers over the top of the ones you have...read where that fixed it for some people too.

It was working before your son was on the computer? What was he doing? Playing a game, installing something? This could give us a clue too....
