The ol' "I cant get online missing serial # " problem!

"I bought a US copy of GTL off of Amazon and cant get online..says i dont have the proper online serial number??" <<

Ive seen threads at No-Grip as well as RSC and tried emailling Viva through an email addy as well as from the "contact" button at the GTL site..i think the total comes up to about 5 total tries to contact them now without a response.
Just wondering for anybody whos gone through this,how long did it take them to respond and when you contacted them what did you say.
Ive said the basic things "Im missing my online serial code which should be located on the back of the manual....etc etc etc"
Just wondering if threats work better? j/k lol!

Gave them a call.The guy told me it would cost $300 and Id have to wait 3 months He started laughing and said he wanted to hear my response..which was "Oh yeah right!"
He wanted my email addy and just like that I was online..should have rung them from the start! D'oh!
