Bob thanks for the info. Would love to run a few of those, but Sunday afternoons (and Saturday afternoons) are the worst times for me to race. If it were Sunday night I would be able to run a few. Keep us updated on how it goes there. How is the multiplayer working out?

GT Legends is such a blast to race!
    Multiplayer works flawlessly
Todays race was Brands Hatch Indy circuit(40 laps) w/ the TC 65's.
I drove a Lotus Cortina into 2nd place just behind an Alfa Romeo GTS
Next week is Watkins Glen w/ TC65's and GTC 65's any front engine V8 except for the Cobra....YeHaw! We'll be running...Mustangs..Corvettes...Falcons and more!

    Bob,

David and I were talking today about GTL and GTR2, and wondered if you could answer a few questions for us.

    - While David has run GTL extensively more than I have, as well as run in online races, could you say more about the online experience using GTL? Are there any 'tweaks' to be made before running online? Also, is setting up a session for an online race easy to do, or does it still require you to jump through a multitude of hoops if you are the host, like GTR did?

    - Have you an opportunity to try out GTR2 online yet? That's assuming that you have it of course!

    - This Sunday night league you race in, using GTL, do they plan on using GTR2 as well in the near future? Is that being discussed? Also, do you currently use any mods/add-on cars for GTL in your league races?

Remember that I have little to no experience with GTL, so some of these questions may have pretty obvious answers if I had only taken the time to check it out, but David and I thought we'd ask someone who is apparently spending time with it already and get the 'real world' opinion on everything.

    Thanks Bob.

I'll try and answer your questions in the same order as you asked them
    No tweaks for racing online.(GTL)
No hoops what so ever to jump through for hosting..(GTL)
I've only joined GTR2 races so far and they seem to work flawlessly.
It's actually a Sunday afternoon League here on the east coast...(GTL)
NoGrip League is located in England.
They are taking signups for a GTR2 league. No schedule announced yet.
The only mods we use are addon tracks.(GTL)no cars.
Addon cars have been discussed at the NoGrip league but the general opinion was to keep it simple so if you are an outsider comming in you don't have to download zillions of cars and stuff.Just a track or two...and they are available right there on the website(NoGrip)
My "Real world opinion"...is that GTL has the best physics I've ever seen, awsome artwork, game runs very very smooth, replays could be a little better, online code seems to work perfectly, cars are a breeze to setup. You can dirt track these things and get all out of shape and still have full control.

GTR2 is the same game as GTL,just updated a little so I'm assuming it will be amazing for league use also.
The only drawback is you are limited to 29 extra players online.
I think VOR is one of only a couple leagues that actually get more than 30 racers, most seem to be 30 or less so that issue should'nt be the end of the world.
    Hope this helps
If you want to race a NoGrip race just be one of the first 25 to enter in the forums and make sure you have the track.Nothing else required to be able to join up.No car files...no rfm's... no other wierd files...just the game!
    Could'nt be any easier!
