Weather fix for GTR2! Finally

Weather changing in GTR2 was only happening during practice and Qualifying

Now..we have changing weather during the race!

First you must have the "no cd" patch and then you can use this.
btw...it does not cause mismatches

I ran a race at Donington earlier and it started raining about half way through the race and I came in and switched to rain tires and then a few moments later so did the AI cars!

so do we need to launch GTR2 with the "gtr2wx.exe" file, rather than "gtr2.exe" from now on?

We don't have permission from the server yet to load the weather exe files. So don't change anything yet.

Do we have to install this mod on our machines for online racing, or since the server now has it are we good to go? I dont run GTR much offline, and I am not using the No CD patch, so if I dont have to install this that would be best. Otherwise if it's a requirement let me know and I will install ASAP for the Porsche series.

users do NOT need the patch.. only server needs to run it.
